Hari ni Satu Solution Corporate Services (SSCS) team went to Keramat with our client (Dodi)

Purpose = Site visit…..hehehe..Dodi didnt even check the unit…

Went there and meet the tenant. Students from nearby College. They just moved in around 2 weeks. Deposit 2+1 paid to the never-met-the-owner, they claimed that the owner is in bangkok. So his friend was handling all matters involving the house. So we decided that they can continue to rent and the unit will be managed by Satu Solution.

Good place to invest, Nice view, Good rental, Stagnant MV….

Meet the maintenance office.A very nice gentleman. Really appreciate his cooperation. Just wish if every officer from MC is like him.
