On 12 of June, i went to PAH…A client working in Labuan requested me to bid a unit at jalan ipoh….MV115k.
Registered. Waiting. Lot no 1….RP! wow! signed contract and Bam….
Rumah ini kepunyaan MR. H. Hari Selasa akan pergi berjumpa dengan tenant untuk nego sewa baru dengan ownerbaru. Malam pulak pergi ke Sri Penara untuk berjumpa dengan prospect tenant.
On 13 of June, oh my god..today is my birthday…hehehe..saje je..
Pagi pagi lagi faris dah suruh aku tolong dia pergi biddkan untuk client dia.
Aku dan faris adalaha competitor sebab both of us are real estate agents. so aku jugak tolong dia. Aku kena tunggu dia kat NCM sebab docs all are with him.
He arrived at 1030 sharp. Guess what? auction at Equatorial Hotel is at 1030. He must be crazy. Luckily im riding my bike. So i arrived at HE around 1038. The Auction has started. I missed the registration. mmm..will i loss this FarisClient?
No Way! so i asked around and waited. Luckily the unit Khairul interested is still available. No bidder. So i quickly register him and the auctioneer has to wait for around 10 minutes since he has finished all the units with bidder….huh..Congratulation Mr. Khairul. You are the single bidder!
Then i told faris, i cant register his client since the hv closed the registration….hahaha..he was so sad as he has loss in 2 units..hahaha..
Unit no 2 of Henry Butcher(HB) was Desa Tun Razak. 2 bidders…
unit no 3, Sri Penara…No Bidder???? huh..i quickly talked with HB staff. She confirmed no bidder. I called faris and my boss at Kim’s Realty whether i can get commission since i v=hv not register yet my name for the unit. She talked to the auctioneer, they agreed. I registered. Mr. Tuanbri, You are the single bidder. Sold at RM60k…..(My birthhday gift..from myself) . the paddle was broken by Faris, he used it to fan himself…Budak MRSM memang camtu..paddle tu bukannya untuk kipaskan diri ( dia panas sebab aku tipu dia tadi..hehehe).
On the 14 of June, Satu Solution dealed with properties won by our clients.
Pelangi Damansara, won by Ms S, was still unsolved as the x owner is still living there. I managed to contact the husband since only the wife is in the house…they argued that they tried to talk to the debt collector after 8 months they missed the mortgage payments.
A police report was sticked on the door, saying that the house was auctioned without proper notice served to them.
So tomorrow Satu Solution will meet the husband, to find the best solution.
Last event of the day, we went to a unit won by our client at FD. Enjoy!!
