This unit is situated near KL city. Location wise is very good. Its a condominium with all condo’s facilities such as swimming pool, 24 hours security, playground etc.
The unit is tenanted and currently paying at RM600 which in my opinion is low. However, the unit is well taken care off by the tenant and we hopefully can secure this unit by this month.
Still checking on the outstanding balance for the maintenance fee. The person in charge is not around this week, according to the clerk at the maintenance office.
