In the morning, wen to Ulu Klang met new client and discussed few
things about auction and strategies.
Got kenduri kahwin for lunch.
Afternoon shoot to Cheras, meet the prospect tenant for Junny’s JV unit. Malay family. It seems that they are not really interested with the house.
Went to Kajang for Ops Masuk (Break and Enter) along with my friend. Unit was won last week after a very intense bidding with a chinese guy who lost a day before, also to Tuanbri (bidding for client, hehehe).
Unit is empty, no electricity, no water meter. Area of the apt is clean and well maintained. However, the security is slightly loose due to ???? (ramai org x bayar maintenance fee ke? Could be). Almost 1 hour we spent due to technical difficulties in the process of OPS Masuk. Slightly different from the other lock.
In the evening, we went back to cheras. Got Faris’s relative or something, want to view the unit available for rent.
