Satu Solution Corporate Services had a few jobs in Puchong tonight. Later we went for dinner with Wan KeepItReal neaby Puchong Permata. Had a watermellon juice which took forever for them to prepare.
However, back to the story. After dinner, we decided to do “Ops Masuk” to a property won by our client last friday.
It is a condo located in Puchong, fronting a lake, which according to the developer, it is part of the development plan.
“Smart Home” tagline nowadays will sell your property like hot cake, even though nobody really knows what is it actually.
For this auction property, we had to “kawtim” with another buyer, for him to let go the right to bid for that property.
