Both units were required to install lamps, fans and grill.

Owner is currently working in Medan, Indonesia.  Came back to Malaysia just to check out his latest collection of properties.

The tiles for the whole unit were replaced! Job done by PMC Engineering (Azman).

This is the risk you have to take when purchasing an auction property. We can’t enter the unit to be auctioned because if we do so, its called trespassing.

Nicely done. Now its ready to be rented out. One more step for Mr. Shafril towards financial freedom.

After all the costs added up, he is still having a bargain.
