tenno – memang…sejak tahun ni, dah ramai yang aware..dan juga disebabkan interest rate rendah.
tapi jaga-jaga sekarang ni.nak buat loan susah sikit.sebab bnyk bank dah achieve diaorg punya target.

aku baru je jumpa branch manager Jln Duta. Dia sound CIMB dah cukup quota utk tahun ni, so diaorg revise rate.
RHB pulak taknak terima kes lelong kalau yang 90 hari…
dulu dia nak ada balance minimum 60 hari je….
Semakin kerek bank-bank ni…deposit orang x dapat nak cover loan yang diaorg bagi kat kita…
