Today afernoon, few units will be bidded by Satu Solution. Yesterday afternoon went to Pejabat Tanah Shah Alam and Subang to do some Carian Tanah on the auction properties, This is to ensure that there will be no problem in the near future. Takut ada Kaveat! Siapalah agaknya yang “create” Kaveat ni, bagi orang lain susah sahaja…..
In Shah Alam, Carian can be done for “Geran Individu”. However, carian for Pemilikan Mukim, leasehold properties must be done at respective PBT. Do you know what PBT stands for ? (Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan) eg. Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya.
In Shah Alam, they will print out the result of the Carian. However in Subang, you have to look at the Big Book, and take notes of anything that interest you. Tak boleh photostat…kalau nak salinan, RM50 per piece…wow! so aku ambik gambar je, sebab kena jugak tunjuk kat client..karang dia ingat aku tipu…Terjejas lak nama baik Satu Solution…People don’t realise that this is not part of Our Job as Auction Consultant…ini sahaja je nak tolong korang utk beli rumah dgn hati yg tenang…tapi ramai yang suruh aku pergi runner, pastu minta kurangkan fee….ingat aku tak keluarkan duit dan masa dan minyak dan peluh dan tension tunggu no dipanggil dan karenah orang lain dan naik motor kena matahari terik dan balik naik motor kena hujan dan kena buat last minit.
Kalau korang rasa boleh buat sendiri, free je, tak payah bayar orang, then proceed je. Aku just nak orang appreciate apa yang Satu Solution buat, bukannya Capitalism, Maximise profit-Karl Max.

Dalam sehari-harian aku naik motor, ada pulak Lori yang terbakar dlm perjalanan..it reminds me of something,somewhere..
Suddenly i remember the day that we went to William, Dinner cum BOD Meeting. Later Husni and wife joined, followed by Joe Fizi. Really enjoyed the dinner that night.
