Sri Penara Reserve Price !

SatuSolution clients were going to bid for 2 units, one in Bandar Sri Permaisuri, Sri Penara and another one is in Ulu Kelang, Pesona Villa.
Last minute, the auctioneer informed me that Pesona Villa has been called off…Sorry En Halim (our 1st timer client)…
so i only have 1 unit left and that is Sri Penara.
I personally entered an auction of another unit in Sri Penara early this year if im not mistaken, which held the record as the highest price ever won for a unit in Sri Penara..RM117,000 by a Malay guy. At that auction, me, a lady and that guy 3 of us only fought for that unit. Blok D, corner Lot. The Door was splashed with red paint (ah long i guess).
So back to Property Auction House, there was also another unit in Section 7 Shah Alam up for auction. That unit was at 5th floor. won by Agent Halim, 2k up only from RP.
So nect is my unit, Sri Penara. Since you are the only bidder, i am selling to you this property at Reserve Price….i dont believe it…hahaha (there is a stiry behind this)…

Mohon komen. Saya sedang pertimbang untuk membeli dari pemilik unit Penara, Sri Permaisuri. Ianya unit tepi (keluar lift, jumpa terus), ditingkat 14. Unit standard, sedang disewakan pada RM450 sebulan. SP $70K. Full loan, insya Allah.
Kira berbaloi kah kalau dibanding peluang unit lelong?
