On Sunday, Flora Damansara unit owned by En Azhar has been rented out by Satu Solution. Tenant is a husband and wife couple, pregnant, working as a teacher in Penchala SRK. This unit was actually booked by another couple from Putrajaya, but at last minute they cancelled after they have spoken to En Azhar, knowing that the unit was sold through auction, I dont think there will be any problem but they are not willing to take any risk at all. They ask me whether the ownership has been completely transferred ? wow!

Apa agaknya akan berlaku pada rental rates bila Taylors College dah pindah sepenuhnya? Oversupply ke?Adakah rental boleh jatuh below RM650? Tapi kalau foundation programme Taylors masih di LCS, secure lah sikit rental rate at least RM650/month. Tapi mungkin masih ada student yang akan stay dekat Mentari Court sebab shuttle service Taylors masih sediakan. Itu yang saya baca dalam facebook Taylors la.

Hi all, disini i baru beli satu unit rumah kat Mentari Court bersama gan perabot sekali. Semua bilik sudah ada tenant.
Tapi boleh tumpang tanye, kalau alat elektronik rumah i dah rosak, kos pembaikian atas caj ke atas penyewa ke atau tuan rumah?
