There are still few work to be done before the auction, such as land search and outstanding balance checking.

1. no water.

2. got competitor.

Half  package means that it covers from surveying, checking outstanding whatsoever up to going to the auction representing my clients.

Including consultation given over lunch/dinner/supper.(hahaha!)just kidding

   kalau Master Title, buat land search pun TAK Nampak…
   sebab kalau ada kaveat,
   mesti ada berpuluh puluh kaveat…termasuk rumah lain sekali…pening kepala…susah nak indentify kaveat tu untuk unit mana…

   so…rasanya tak payah buat…
