For RHB Mega Auction, i never put high hopes to win or even to go and bid for certain properties. They (referring to RHB),  always through my experience cancelled the unit for auction last minute or in a few cases, after auction. Refer to Kes Kimi.

At at to date, dah ada 3 unit called off.  For most of my clients, aku selalu survey bila nak dekat auction. Kalau buat awal-awal then dapat tau unit tu called, kesian la kat aku penat buat kerja…nak charge client pun aku sedih jugak. Charge murah aje tapi kalau kecundang sebelum berjuang, buang masa aje.

Maybe they love to put up units / properties for auction as only the owner has failed to pay let say only 3 months installment. So by the time of auction coming by, nearer and nearer, owners will settle all the outstanding balance. They have misuse the purpose of auction. Auction is to strike off Non performing loan, usually more than 1 year installment outstanding. Genuine defaulters.

Bukan macam orang yang baru sangkut 3 bulan sahaja mungkin disebabkan sedikit masalah kewangan atau financial restructuring. Pity them. Kesian kat owner, bila rumah depa nak kena lelong, agak-agak korang , berapa ramai yang datang ketuk pintu dan tanya pasal rumah. Suadara dari kampung pun dah lama tak mai, ini tetiba ramai pulak tetamu tak diundang…termasuk wakil Satu Solution yang buat Half package .

    Sy nak tanye ape service yang you provide?
    kalu jd agent lelong adakah setakat selepas bid aje atau u uruskan urusan jualbeli bank lawyer etc..
    khidmat pecah rumah pun u sediakan jugak ker??( mcm dalam gambar tu.Khidmat survey rumah,tgk condition,check kat maintenance office,or kat pej tanah u buat jugak ker?
    Dari segi bayaran mcm mana??

    Salam Tuan Bri, memang betul cakap U. Masa RHB auction ari ni 13Mar ada satu rumah dah start auction halfway, lepas tu Tancorp bleh berhentikan & lepas tu called off. Ni dah start bidding, sure siapa yg bid tu naik hanggin & Gerammmm.

    Boleh jawab kat emel saya tentang apa yang dah ditanya oleh Mr Rahman sbgmana post di atas. Sya berminat nak masuk lelong tp tak ada masa nak pg survey n study apa2 yg patut..lg satu, kalo rumah lelong byar secara tunai, apa kos2 yg boleh dijimatkan dan apa risiko2 yg ader perlu ditanggung? Tak boleh tukar nama sbb kaveat ker sedangkan rumah dah bayar cash..  (Quote)
