<p>Saturday<br />
So ding dong here, ding dong there, i went again to the unit. At night. They were sleeping but without the door locked.<br />
I gave them 1 day notice to move out from the house. At that moment, they agreed. This was on Saturday night.</p>
<p>Sunday<br />
Sunday afternoon they sms&#8217;ed me requesting at least 3 days more to move all their belongings. I was wondering whether they have many items to move out. When i was a student, i can immediately move out with only 2 big bags. With so many entension given, i was only willing to give one more day to them. Told them Monday 3 o&#8217;clock i i will come and lock the house. </p>
<p>Monday<br />
I purposely went to the unit around 5 o&#8217;clock. I was actually waiting for any indication that they have moved out and ready to hand over the unit to me. At least with an Sms. To notify me. How rude of them not to.</p>
<p>When i arrived there, i was having a shock of my life! They dismantled everything&#8230;They moved out everything&#8230;<br />
It was a fully furnished unit. They even managed to dismantled the aircond compressor&#8230;with my name (Bri!!!) written on the outside wall.<br />
Dirty, messy and &#8230;&#8230;.clueless..</p>
<p>Call one guy. Call another. How could they?</p>
<p>Fast forward&#8230;<br />
through a meeting set up by me, the boys met the Owner&#8230;</p>
<p>Conclusion : they agreed to return back few items taken from the house and they will settle the outstanding electricity&#038;water bills. Their argument was the deposit they paid to the ex owner they couldn&#8217;t get it back and they decided to take all items in the house.</p>
<p>Update : they have since returned the items but has yet to settle the o/s bills.</p>

<p>The unit was being continued rented to the existing tenant. Students from a college nearby. We didnt see it coming when..</p>
<p>1) The boys keep requesting to a lower rental.<br />
2) The rental was delayed few times<br />
3) The change of &#8220;head&#8221; of the house</p>
<p>What we &#8220;encounter&#8221; :</p>

bri ak dah jumpa Ketua Rumah #2.dye kata dye dah bayar rm600..so ada hutang agy 700 dye byr hujung bulan katanya..boleh x bri?<br />

<p>On one fine day, i went there all by myself and set a deadline with the boys&#8230;<br />
they agreed if they dont pay the full amount of the rent on that day, they will move out voluntarily&#8230;</p>
<p>So a day after the Deadline&#8230;..</p>

<p>This is the hassle dealing with kids. A lot of Sms&#8217;es..Few visits..including surprise visit at night..<br />
The door cannot be locked&#8230;.they told me this only after my surprise visit..just imagine that!</p>
