This OPs has been delayed few times due to unforeseen circumstances. Contoh terkini. Aku sakit mata.Eyes infection. The whole family was infected, except my babyBoy (Pendekar!).

Sakit-sakit mata ni pun terpaksa ke SOGO untuk beli bedsheet dan bantal. utk Satu Solution Resort. Focusing on Tiara Beach Resort only at the moment, sambutan agak menggalakkan walapun kami masih lagi baru. Sebulan Anak Jagung.

So sambil jln bawak pendekar, sambil beli barang. Duit guna duit aku dulu, ni belum lagi claim daripada owner-owner TBR.

Pandang meter, pandang atas, baru boleh bawak kereta….
(Dalam perjalanan balik drpd TBR, aku terlelap dan terlanggar tiang lampu di tepi highway.Terus teringat kepada kes INI. Alhamdulillah, aku survived bersama isteri, anak dan family kakak ipar. Thank You ALLAH.)

I have traveled to Port Dickson few times already. Dah macam rumah kedua pulak. So up to date, there are 3 units managed by Satu Solution Resort. 1 studio type unit and 2 2bedroom type units.

Before i promote to others, i will make sure that everything in order. in that case, i brought my family to TBR for a vacation.

WOW! the result is satisfying.

Even on Hari Raya AildilAdha itself, there were bookings. I wanted to celebrate raya there too but my family was against it…hahaha.
Beraya di tepi Pool. How cool is that ?

In the morning, as usual MachaFaris will be late and i am the one who will be waiting for him at the Office.

1st Destination – Tiara Beach Resort
-Went there to collect keys for 2 units. My father-in-law’s and JV (Matt & Nasir & Oja).
-Met Puan Zila, Chief Housekeeping…sempat lagi dia sound…2 bilik ni dah prepare untuk handover minggu lepas lagi..apsal hari tu kata nak datang, tak datang ?
(ada sebab kenapa aku tak dapat datang, disebabkan experimen budak2x nakal).
- So we went to each unit to check if there is any defect. So far so good.

So anybody want to go for Holiday ? Both units are up for rent. Unit Tiara Beach Resort untuk disewa. Cuti sekolah dah makin hampir. Pastikan anda buat tempahan awal untuk mengelakkan kekecewaan.

2nd Destination – Bangi
-Survey was done on one unit up for auction, for our client, Pn N.
-Bila sampai di lokasi, keadaan pintu depan umah ni agak pelik sikit. Pintu di luar, Grill di dalam.
Jagi agak sukar untuk kami mengenalpasti samaada ada org atau tidak dlm rumah tersebut.
Setelah salam diberi, pintu diketuk beberapa kali, masih lagi tiada jawapan. Jiran sebelah pun mula sampai. Aku tanya dia siapa yang tinggal kat unit ni.
Dia jawab, Pekerja Kilang. Bila tgk meter eletrik, tak jalan. Tapi lampu dalam rumah terpasang. Aku tinggalkan notis. Tinggal nombor telepon. On the way to Cyberjaya, a girl sms me. scolded me on why i knocked her housedoor without giving salam first. I called her up. saying that im sorry, i just want to have a simple chat. She is a factory worker, renting the unit Rm300 and she was all alone at that time. Sorry again!

3rd Destination – Cyberjaya
-Went to pass contract to Mr. Ismail (CyberMillionaire)
-Eat at Algeria’s Restaurant (Macha eat MIX Grill, not the same with William’s)

4th Destination – Shah Alam
-Collected bank draft for tuesday’s auction (Rajan’s) from En. Nija.

5th Destionation – Office
-My bike parked there.

A day before, i contacted TBR management at Kelana Jaya to request permission to view the unit won few months ago. They somehow reluctant to give me the permission but after a lot of talking and argument, they would refer this matter to the person in charge at TBR itself.

So i guess there should be no problem. I have contacted one owner of TBR unit and he said that it would be difficult to view the unit since it could be rented out at the time you want to view the unit…..this claim was dismissed by the p-i-c (Madam) at TBR. According to Madam, once the unit is put up for auction, they wont rent it out.

Enough said, after traveling for 1 and half hours, My family and i were very eager to view the unit.

We went to the Majlis Perbandaran to pay the assessment….they had difficulties in finding the address of the unit…she told us only block D is registered in the system….mmm..i wonder why…

Almost  1 hour we were there and finally they managed to find the bill. We  paid the bill and ……time for Fun!

Today my client brought along his family to witness the auction process. He is interested in the Tiara Beach Resort apartment and has been waiting for my instruction when to buy one unit. He specifically instruct me that he want a 2 rooms unit and facing pool. Wow! Quite demanding but what to do. He is my client. Got to satisfy him.

I came early to avoid the traffic and register first on his behalf. Takut maa…takut terlepas registration. But until to date, i have not missed any registration deadline.

Auction started at 3.00pm since they had troubled with the sound system. After few thousand times trying, at last they decided not to use the system. The young auctioneer had to shout at the front. Only a few attended this auction as they are really genuine buyers even though i can see some agents waiting at the front door.

The hot property in this auction was Ridzuan Condo in Subang, nearby Mentari Court. A penthouse unit. 3 bidders. It was sold at an increase of 40k from RP.

Many thanks to Matt and Cengkok for “bagi laluan” to me for this TBR unit. Really appreciate it. Unit no 32, Tiara Beach Resort. RP = RM92k. There is only 1 lucky bidder.
