Minggu lepas pihak Satu Solution Corp berjaya mendapatkan satu unit hartanah lelong untuk klien kita.

Lokasi : Putra Perdana, Puchong (dekat dengan putrajaya)

Hari lelongan Maybank adalah pada hari bekerja, petang. Dijangkakan tidak ramai yang menyertai lelongan kali ini tetapi jangkaan tersebut salah. Dewan Lelong Ng Chan Mau padat dengan manusia. Kesemua berminat untuk membeli hartanah idaman mereka. Kenapa ramai lagi? Adakah mereka tidak terjejas dengan LTV 70% yang diperkenalkan oleh Bank Negara tahun lepas ?

Satu Solution’s clients were bidding for 3 units today. 3 different places. One as far as Terengganu. For the time being MachaFaris is on leave, finishing his balance of leave for the year.

In Dungun, Terengganu, En. Fariz won a 2 stry unit at Reserve Price. The problem is he wrongly named his bank draft. Instead of CIMB, he named it “Pentadbir Tanah Dungun”. This happened because an officer from Pejabat Tanah advised him so….So now he has to go back to Pahang where bank draft was prepared and change the name. mmmm..pity him. His joy was “potong” by this incident. Not my fault i guess.

I went to TanCorp while Bling went to PAH. Not many people were there, could be due to the properties being auction not so hot…or it is an auction under MBSB…i have no idea. There i met a silent reader, Awie who won Kondo Rakyat at RM58k wow! i am really jealous of him…i thought it is difficult to get Kondo Rakyat below 65k and yet he managed to take another step towards Real Estate mogul with a good deal….congrats!

I also want to congrat my client, Izuan for getting RP on his 1st time entering an auction. A unit at Bayu Apartment, Ground Floor at RM7x,xxx…
banyak syok aa ini olang…he is actually staying/renting at another unit…so now why rent when you can buy your own house ?

For Mr. Khalil, lost at 98k is not that bad. Keep trying….that area is good to invest…in Puchong.
