Well, the process now is at 2nd stage.

1st stage – we list potential buyers with their suggested price
2nd stage – we forward the listing to the banker
3rd stage – the banker will have to get approval from their Board of Directors, to agree or to increase the selling price
4th stage – if they agree to our price, they will issue a letter of offer (LO)
5th stage – we will contact the successful bidder (eh, in this case, buyer)
6th stage – we will collect our fee from the buyer
7th stage – all of us will have our own family day at tiara beach resort (wow!)
