    certain property, bank nak write off, tanpa perlu melalui auction. Since kita dapat lubang baik, kita try nego dengan bank. Tapi.. kita tak dapat apa2 daripada bank.. we have to charge the customer. Akan datang, Insyaallah ada lagi direct nego untuk property2 yang kami pilih. Buat masa ini, kita settlekan TBR dulu.. Harga yg Bri publish tu, harga yang bank tetapkan, kita belum nego lagi..

    thanks for the email. Nampaknya harga orang lain lagi tinggi dari aku. So, have to tarik diri this time.

    just wanna share harga tiara ni when i went to one of the auction tahun 2008. ada sorang bidder india ni masuk untuk 2 unit tiara and he was the only bidder and got both units at rp.

    unless i can manage the units on my own, I still mind paying above rm70k for studio unit actually. given the fact that current low monthly installment is due to temporary current low blr. kalau bawah rm70k tu, boleh tahan lagi kalau tak sewakan pada orang lain.

    one more thing, since faris kata ss will charge customer for direct nego, mind me asking how much is the charge? email me of course.

    Saya berminat nak dapat 1 unit TBR lelong/direct nego dgn bank (studio @pun 2 bilk) jika ada harga yang baik. Bila tarikh lelongan paling hampir.

    Saya juga ingin tahu, jika saya subscribe to satu solution bagi menguruskan apartment tersebut, apakah caj yang dikenakan. Siapa yg akan dapatkan pelanggan?

    Apakah caj bulanan(maintenance/pool/sinking fund/quit rent,air,api,etc) yang saya kena bayar. Dan apakah impak ke atas pengenalan wristband terhadap mana@ caj di atas & sewa harian bilik/unit.

    Berdasarkan pengalaman pengurusan oleh satu solution, adakah Tiara Beach is a profitable investment? or do you have other better property that I can consider to invest.
