In my personal opinion, i dont really interested in this apt because its a 2bedroom apt, 588sf. For the new millenium, i dont think a 2 bedroom units are applicable anymore for our living shelter, especially for those with many children.
Today’ auction was a new arrangement by CIMB. Located in Equatorial Hotel, They want to organise a really Mega Auction whereby 3 auctions are held simultaneously at 10.30 am and another 2 at 12.00pm. RHB has done this before for their RHB Mega Auction. 5 auctioneers under one roof at the same time. Pening kepala jugak…lets say if i have few clients bidding for different auctioneers in different auction hall….peeeh!

yehaaa.. saya menang bid 96k sri kayangan.. budak yg bid tu kaco betol.. my expectation reserve price jerk.. tapi takpelorr.. 96k still ok kot.. so otai² what do you think with sri kayangan ? 96k patutke tak ? what shud i do ? sewakan ? this location tgkt 4 dijangka sewa bleh dpdt rm550 kot… any idea?
