Hari ni sesi solo aku.
Pagi settle hal rumah aku sendiri. Pastu terus shoot ke Shah Alam untuk berjumpa dengan Encik Nija, pass balik bank draf utk rumah lelong yang kena called off last week. Dia ada plan nak masuk rumah lelong lagi…
Guys, you better watch out. Ok Nija, lepas ni kau menang RP.
From shah alam, i went to Puchong to collect satu solution Ops Masuk tools from Faris. He had to take care of his children today. So aku prefer pergi sorang drpd dia bwk budak-budak yang tak tahu apa-apa tu , ke sana ke mari…kesian diaorg. kecik-kecik dah kena kerah…hehehe
Straigth from puchong, i went to Seanawang Tol and met Encik Kamal because he have to lead the way. Im not familiar with Seremban area. Perjalanan dalam 15 minit sahaja from tol to the location. When we arrived, there was a van parked in front of the house. I was told that the neighbor always park his cark in the porch area of the house.
Looking at the type of lock used on the front door, it was decided that OPs Masuk will be done from the back door. Within 20 minutes, we managed to break into the house…

Land area : 2,260 square feet……(corner lot beb!)
Auction price : RM70k…(wow! mana nak dapat 2 storey house?)
Masa lelongan, aku jangkakan terdapat persaingan disebabkan harganya yang cukup power. Pagi tu pulak aku kelam kabut pergi auction. So when i was on the way, i sms the auctioneer to wait for me before starting the auction..
Kalau Allah nak bagi rejeki, adalah tu…Luckily, the unit won at reserve price..
Encik Kamal khusyuk mendengar….
